Family-owned since its opening in 2005, La Cava dei Sapori is now directed by Emanuele Riva and his wife Natalie, driven by that same passion for good food, good wine and attentive service.
Where once there was indeed a stone quarry nearby (which is the meaning of "Cava" in Italian), there now is a restaurant, pizzeria and wine bar that invites the discovery of flavors, aromas and fragrances.
