Fresh bread, grissini, homemade pasta, ravioli and gnocchi are handmade in the kitchen every day.

As an associate of the Italian Celiac Association AIC, La Cava dei Sapori also offers a special gluten-free menu, reinterpreting the main menu items in a gluten-free version.
