Family-owned since its opening in 2005, La Cava dei Sapori is now directed by Emanuele Riva and his wife Natalie, driven by that same passion for good food, good wine and attentive service.
Where once there was indeed a stone quarry nearby (which is the meaning of "Cava" in Italian), there now is a restaurant, pizzeria and wine bar that invites the discovery of flavors, aromas and fragrances.
An open kitchen and several integrated open cantinas that surround the spaces are an expression of a concept that aims to make guests live and actively participate in a taste experience between food and wine.
With its elegant yet informal and authentic style and the privacy of several dining rooms, the restaurant over the years has become a favorite venue for all occasions, ranging from business lunches to important dinners and Sunday lunches.
The indoor spaces are complemented by a dehors with a large terrace, which offers outdoor dining during the warmer months of the year.
