La Cava dei Sapori nasce a Como nel 2005, per volontà ed impegno della famiglia Riva, proprietaria di uno stabile tra i più vecchi della zona, nota come “CAVA” – nei pressi della località Camerlata locality – part of Como City.
Silvano Riva helped by his sons, changes his business, turning the building into a modern restaurant where, the family management is the most important imprint.
The imprint of the restaurant is still based on family management, carried on by Emanuele Riva, animated by the same passion for wine and for the care of the service. As a professional sommelier he reviews and leads today a new concept of catering in which the customer is directly involved in the choice of wines thanks to the presence of a Wine shop.
A Spirits bar rich in rare spirits it completes the satisfaction of the guests.
