LA CAVA DEI SAPORI
The restaurant was founded in 2005, thanks to the will and the commitment of the Riva family, owner of one of the oldest building in the area, known as stone quarry – near Camerlata locality – part of Como City.
Silvano Riva helped by his sons, changes his business, turning the building into a modern restaurant where, the family management is the most important imprint.
Emanuele Riva, one of Silvano sons, moved by his passion for wine and for the attention in serving the guests, carries the family tradition on. As a professional sommelier, he leads today a new concept of catering in wich, the guests, are directly involved in the choice of wines, thanks to a well stocked cellar. A spirits bar, full of rare products, completes the satisfaction of our customers.
The research of Italian flavors is revisited and made unique by the creations of our chef Ernest Dedgjonaj, creations that live together with the varied pizza’s world, here in a refined version. Constant attention to our guests and the use of fresh and high quality raw material, they bring La Cava dei Sapori to a daily improvement.
