Our restaurant is constantly evolving, as well as our culinary proposal and our desire to learn every day.

At our headquarters in Via Guido da Como in Como, we have an area dedicated exclusively to the restaurant, with the following characteristics:

Room with an open view kitchen: 25 seats, including a tasting table, with high chairs.

La Cava dei Sapori menù changes every three-four months, looking at the seasonability of the goods. Meat and fish proposal, but also vegetarian and vegan dishes, so to meet the wishes of all our guests. We also pay a particular attention to food intolerance and we are able to serve gluten-free food.

Our chef Ernest Dedjonaj has the goal to create harmonic food with passion, research and dedication. His creations are funny to taste and nice to watch. Italian tradition with a touch of modernity and technical skills reach our tables with hand made bread and pasta, without to forget our haute cuisine desserts

Our menù is the final result of collaboration and experience between the kitchen and the dining room staff.

We can manage tailored events for your special recurrences in the restaurant or, if do prefer to choose another place, we can also offer a catering service. Also available a take-away service, for a selection of our menù.
