The restaurant is constantly evolving! Our culinary proposal is linked to everyday experimentation.
Room with an open view kitchen: 25 seats, including a tasting table, with high chairs.
Cellars room: 26 guests divisible into two private rooms
Both meat and fish dishes are combined with a seasonal offer that also includes proposals for vegetarians, vegan dishes and gluten-free dishes, with particular attention to food intolerances, in order to meet the needs of all customers.
Chef Ernest Dedgjonaj, with passion, research and dedication, sets himself the goal of creating harmonious dishes, fun to taste and beautiful to look at. The Italian tradition with a touch of modernity and technique is brought to the table with homemade bread, hand-made pasta and signature desserts.
Our menù is the final result of collaboration and experience between the kitchen and the dining room staff.
We can manage tailored events for your special recurrences in the restaurant or, if do prefer to choose another place, we can also offer a catering service. Also available a take-away service, for a selection of our menù.
