The wine shop, located in the middle of the restaurant, was born from the passion and the dedication of Emanuele Riva, owner of La Cava dei Sapori restaurant and winner of the prizes“Best sommelier in Lombardy year 2011and “2nd Best Sommelier of Italy, year 2013”
Our cellar offers more than 400 labels, coming from all over the world, having the goal to satisfy passionate people and professionals from the wine business world. Emanuele research and experience, they allowed to divide the cellar watching at the taste of the wines. A new concept, created to meet the different request of our guests, combining the best pairing between food and wine.
The customer will be involved at 360 ° inside the cellar as a food and wine journey between tales and rarities.
Customers they will be involved inside the cellar, just like it was a journey, between tales and rarities. Our selection counts on a wide range of Italian white sparkling wines, champagne, classic method coming also from the New World, aromatic white wines (having mineral taste and passed in wooden barrel), rosè and passito wines. Again we can offer different vintages of the same label and long aged red Italian and french wines.We don’t forget biologic and biodynamic wines, coming from vocational areas.
Every time, during your lunch or your dinner, a wide choice of wines is at your disposal. Wines can be tasted also by glass. Finally, our Degustation Menù is realized to make you taste a perfect pairing between food and wines, created by the combined work of the chef with the sommelier.
